Our son Scott married the former Lilla Frerichs on Feb. 10, 2010, about a week after she arrived in the United States from her home in South Africa. This gallery is a compilation of photos from various celebrations we've enjoyed in their honor together with other family members and friends.

The happy couple has bought a home in Cuyahoga Falls -- less than an hour away -- so we're likely to see them more often than they'd like. I'll mention too that the photos from the various celebrations are the snapshot variety. In the first place, most of the venues don't afford wonderful lighting and backgrounds, and in the second place, I was there to enjoy myself as well!
