It's Mother's Day, a bittersweet occasion for me. Chris and Jarrett brought two beautiful hanging baskets of flowers for the deck, bless their hearts, and Lilla sent a wonderful e-card. For lunch, my sweetie took me to Gasoline Alley in Niles for garlic butter wings, potato skins and a couple of MGDs (his treat was ordering a pizza from the next-door Papa John's for his dinner). Just as we were leaving the Alley, the sun came out. Happy Mother's Day to me!
