Right to the Point: Jan. 7

Both to make it easier to find something for this year's one-a-day photos and to create a record of sorts, I've decided to get pictures of some of the old "stuff" that lurks in just about every room in our house. This glass, probably the equivalent of two shot glasses, apparently came from Cedar Point in the early 1900s. Did some research and learned Cedar Point first opened as a beach with a bath house in 1870; the year before the date on this glass, the Figure-Eight roller coaster - the park's second coaster - opened. The Hotel Breakers didn't start taking guests till 1905.
