Today at Mill Creek Park, children were invited to carve free pumpkins that will be used to decorate the grounds around the visitor center. By the time we arrived around 1:30 p.m., the entire place was awash with orange - and cleverly carved and decorated pumpkins like this one, which I chose for my photo of the day.
