In recent years, I've pledged to try to take one photo a day - if for no other reason than to provide a great record of what's happening to us and in the world around us. This year, simply because we don't travel anywhere near as much as we used to, I'm limiting my "must-take" photos to once a week (with the hope that most weeks I'll far exceed that goal). This year's first entry is of the snow in the back yard - and the non-human tracks that were made in the still of New Year's Eve.
