Triple threat day here: Went to work out with Jackie at Planet Fitness (yes, I signed up, so after this I'm basically on my own). While I was gone, Jack ran off and got a replacement flag for the front of the house to replace the ratty one we had - Go Bucks! Then when I got home, he took us to Handel's so I could get some of their wonderful peach ice cream (that's him waiting in line in the photo at right). Back home, I destroyed the gains I made at the gym by scarfing down a bowl of the ice cream. YUM!
