When we left for Maine almost two weeks ago, hardly a leaf had turned color. Even in Maine, we saw little evidence of fall. But as we worked our way home today, the scene had changed dramatically in spots, as along Interstate 80 not far from Wilkes-Barre, Pa., where we our last night before heading home.
