This nonprofit organization near Alliance, Ohio, preserves 175 acres of diverse land, and the name comes from Beech Creek that runs through the property that includes four nature trails (the longest is one mile), a visitor center, several picnic areas and five separate gardens. A Butterfly House is open in season; the gardens are free and open to the public, but there is a modest $3 per-person charge to enter the butterfly house.
