Got in another refreshing walk this morning - a little longer because rain tomorrow may put the kabosh on heading out. I saw this drain in the middle of the street with its warning not to dump waste in it, thinking it would be today's photo. It also made me wonder how many folks intent on dumping would actually get out of their vehicles, read the fine print and move on to another drain.
