I rarely go shopping anymore, but Jack wanted to run into Sears for a minute so I tagged along just to see if I could find a good deal. In the nightwear/lounge section, I found a soft, fuzzy top and pants marked $4.99 each - exactly what I LOVE to snuggle up in on chilly evenings. I balked a bit at the price, but then figured 10 bucks isn't gad. When I got to the checkout, though, each piece rang up as $1.99 each. Wow, I said. Then, the clerk told me I had a $1.20 credit on my store loyalty card - did I want to use it? Heck yes (do the math)!
