We went to dinner at Up A Creek Tavern in Howland with friends Jerry and Barb to celebrate Jerry's birthday (the restaurant gives a free entree up to $12 to anyone who comes on the exact day). Afterward, we went back to their house for cake and ice cream. On the way in, I couldn't resist some of the flowers in their back yard - the first day lilies I've seen this season.
