It's a good thing our neighbors covered their flowering trees last night (see photo at right), because this morning the wind was swirling snowflakes all around. But as Jack said, we experienced all four seasons in the space of about an hour. Minutes after the snow flew came bright sunshine, followed minutes later by gloomy skies and, minutes after that, more snowflakes. The only encouraging thing is that after next week, which will hover in the mid-50s, comes a steady stream of 70-degree days.
