Frustrated! Trying for 2 days to install a filter in PS Elements. Finally found the way to get to the folder, and to my great surprise, I did it! Now I can play again (it's the Kaleidoscope filter I absolutely love). Did this one up as a trial (and for today's photo, although that's cheating a bit since I didn't take the photo today).
