Picked up a couple of goodies on today's walk down a couple of streets I haven't been on in a while. The first is this still-blooming posy and the other a rather unique home with a for-sale sign (at right). Looked it up and it's 4,300 square feet (I know who owned it originally) listed at $400,000. I'd sure love to see inside!
