Went on a successful search for a dress for Jacklyn and Ryan's December wedding, after which we celebrated with lunch at Vernon's in Niles (a favorite place). The bar section has an "old" decor, as evidenced by today's photo. Now to make sure not to gain weight so I'll fit in the bleepin' outfit come December (plus start looking for matching shoes...)!

Actually, I got a traditional "mom of the bride" type dress plus a hippie-style navy jumpsuit that I love, both at Dillard's at Eastwood Mall. They were both 60% off the lowest marked price, so I got both for $49. The long gown was originally $209. Great way to close out January!
