Back from a regular doctor's check-up - everything A-OK so guess I'm not doing any serious damage working out at the gym. Neither, alas, am I losing any weight (so far), but betcha there are a few people I now can arm wrestle and at least end up in a tie. Today's photo is from a fence behind the doctor's office.
