The Meander Creek Reservoir near our home is seven miles long and encompasses 2,010 acres. The reservoir is owned by the Mahoning Valley Sanitary District and, with no public access permitted, is a refuse for fish, game and birds. We drove along one of the shorelines around noon today, when I took this photo.
