Finally - after a year or so of inactivity (mostly brought on by unusually hot and/or cold weather and my own procrastination) - I went out for a morning walk. It was only 3 times around my "route," or a bit more than a mile and a half, but I made it and feel great. Knees and hips seem fine, but breathing remains a struggle so will consider using my rescue inhaler before I go instead of after next time. Didn't see much color, but I got a few photos including this light pole reflected in a puddle of water.
