Magnolia at Last: April 20
It's cold today - mid-40s at the most - and extremely windy. But the sun came out, so we took off for our first trek through Mill Creek Park in a couple of weeks in hopes of finding some magnolias in bloom. We were in luck - both "regular" magnolias and the star magnolias are in bloom, although it looks as if they may not be around long. It was the first time I've used the Canon XTi with the macro lens in quite some time - I didn't get anything spectacular, but I'm happy just the same!
