This bright red parrot named Chet is a gift from friends Jerry and Barb (we've been looking for one of these hanging birds to replace the one we've had for years that's fading fast). But Chet has feathers, so he wouldn't fare well outdoors. Now he's got a h ome in our kitchen window right next to the hanging kitty.
