With a nod to my FB friends in Texas, Arizona and parts West, it's hotter than blazes here today. Walk? Not a chance in, well, you know where, even at 9 a.m. It did, however, turn out to be a great day for me, at least; we went to Eastwood Mall and Ollie's, where I finally found the comforter set I wanted for spring and summer (for $40). Then it was on to Sears next door, where (again, finally!) $20 body pillows were on sale for $10.99. After 15 years or so, I need a replacement; I'd love to have the shredded memory foam version Amazon is selling for 40 bucks, but this woman ain't paying that much (I'll sew two regular bed pillows together end-to-end before I'll do that(! Anyhow, now I'm celebrating my finds with a gin and tonic made with limes we got at Giant Eagle yesterday. Cheers!
