For some time, a small section of our front yard near the mailbox has contained a small swamp - can't even be mowed. The verdict is that there's some kind of leak, or broken, drain that runs from the house to the street. It hasn't affected our water pressure or the bill, but it definitely needed to be fixed. Today the crew arrived and took care of it - the leak is fixed. They ended up digging quite a hole, but they'll be back in a week or two to reseed the lawn and tidy up.
