It's 70+ degrees, but I was afraid rain would keep me from a walk this morning. Finally, shortly after noon, I saw a window and took it. Made it a point to go past this star magnolia tree - one that's close enough to the road for me to take it without encroaching on the owner's yard - and found it in spectacular bloom. They don't last long, but they sure are pretty.
