For many reasons including simple avoidance behavior, I've skipped morning walks for several days. Today, though, the sun popped out around noon and even though it was only in the mid-30s, I told myself to get off my sorry butt and go out. I didn't go as far as usual - the cold and lack of recent activity made it a tough trek - but on the whole it felt good. Especially to see sky scenes like this on, appropriately, the first day of December.
