Well, maybe 5 months after we signed up, Giant Eagle finally called to say they have the new shingles vaccine ready (Shringrix). So off we went. Now we have to wait till the second dose comes in, which could be close to 6 months (the maximum limit). Anyhow, we "celebrated" with lunch at Vernon's in Niles - and as usual, WOW! I had one of the day's specials - blackened scallops in a ghost-pepper-laced mac and cheese. Outstanding!
