One of my birthday perks was a coupon for $10 off at Firebirds Grill in Eastwood Mall. And bless their hearts, I didn't have to use it on my actual birthday (in fact, it was good for about a month afterward). Since Jack wanted to stop at Pier 1 to check out the spring goodies, he suggested using the coupon. Why yes, I responded. And so it was that I had their incomparable BLT salad. Yum!
