Beautiful day and we needed a bit of R&R, so we headed north to harbors in Ashtabula and Conneaut with a stop for a Lake Erie perch sandwich for me. The clouds were awesome (with a threat or rain here and there), and I've never seen Lake Erie as high as it was at Conneaut Harbor. It was even with the park pavement, and every incoming wave splashed over. At the park in Ashtabula, I managed to get between a bunch of gulls and some treats a guy in the parking lot tossed out. Food fights all around (right)!
