Waiting is the hardest part: Of course, on the way to an eye checkup with not a ton of minutes to spare, we got stopped for a train at the Niles-Carver crossing. Gorgeous day! Checkup showed no damage, but cornea remains swollen. Got more eyedrops and another exam in a week (see my first sentence).
