Our 57th anniversary is tomorrow, but tonight we celebrated with friends Jerry and Barb with dinner at Vernon's. Jerry took this photo on their back deck before we left for the restaurant. A great time was had by all (even if we did have to wait more than half an hour despite having a reservation for a specific time). Apparently, several other foursomes had reservations for the same time - overbooking at its finest - and they arrived before we did.
