Back to the grind: My first day back at the gym since my first cataract removal on July 17. And I must say it felt good! That is, of course, until tomorrow morning, when I'm quite sure my arms will be sore even though I tried to take it easy. One of these days I'll get back out for a morning walk, but it's been way too hot over the past few weeks.
