Skipped the gym yesterday, but today I had a really good workout - boosted by watching an elderly man who could barely walk tackle one of the arm pulley machines (he did only 3 reps at 20 pounds, but bless his heart for trying). Then I blew it all at lunch at the Falcon Grille with a spinach-tomato flatbread accompanied by a Stella. This is a wall hanging there.
