'm not big on salads - more of a fried chicken and mashed potatoes kind of gal - but Firebirds has what must be the world's tastiest rabbit food: the BLT salad. It's chopped greens with bacon crumbles and tomatoes with garlic and a yummy ranch dressing. The only other one close used to be the Biker Chick salad at Quaker Steak and Lube, but now they've added chicken so I'll pass. Anyhow, we stopped at Firebirds for lunch today - Jack loves their meatloaf.
