Nobody beats Italian food that comes from Vernon's Cafe in Niles. We stop there maybe once a month, usually for one of the delicious lunch specials like this risotto with shrimp and scallops plus tomatoes, asparagus and a few other yummy things. Jack got the beef tips and noodles (right), and we both brought home close to half the serving for later. Yum!
