Made our annual fall trip to see a few of Ashtabula County's 19 covered bridges today. No puffy clouds, alas, but fall is showing off its gorgeous colors nonetheless. Stopped at 3 of the bridges (Smolen-Gulf, the longest in the United States, Netcher Road and Caine Road) plus the little Riverview walking bridge that's overshadowed by the towering Smolen-Gulf high above that leads to Indian Trail Park (in order at right). It's not one of the 19, but it's cute. Then it was lunch at Up A Creek Tavern and then home for the duration.
