Like lots of people, I complain about my home state every once in a while. The sun doesn't shine enough, we can't buy Yuengling ale and Ohio has four seasons: fall, winter, spring and construction. One thing I AM proud of, though, is that Handel's Ice Cream started almost in our back yard in Boardman, Ohio. This area was the first to be wowed by the wonderful stuff -- still the best anywhere, in my humble opinion. Today we stopped to buy a couple of pints to take home (orange sherbet and butter pecan, if it matters), so I snapped this for today's One-a-Day group photo. For the record, the guy at the window is Jack!
