Okay, it's another keyboard. Today has been quite a busy one, but unexpectedly so. First, the new 40" TV set we bought yesterday (to replace a 26" model that was losing pixels fast) was installed in late morning. That, together with the new stand to fit the TV meant the living room floor is covered with all the DVDs, CDs and assorted "stuff" we had stashed in the old stand and now have nowhere to put. Just as we started to make a little headway into cleaning all that up, my new computer keyboard arrived by FedEx. The letters on the old keyboard were almost totally worn off -- not much of a problem for a touch typist like me, but it was giving Jack fits. I could have bought stick-on letters for the old keyboard, but for less money I could get an entirely new model. I'm happy to report I'm typing on it now, and it's working just fine. One section of it, in fact, is my entry for today!
