It was starting to snow when I arrived at the nursing home I visit each week as a state-certified volunteer long-term care ombudsman, and when I got out of the car I noticed this red barn across the field. Self, I said to myself, this will do just fine for today's entry. We're looking at maybe 5 or 6 more inches (or more, depending on which TV weather guru you listen to). As for me, I'll believe what I see when I look out the window!
