One of the most appreciated birthday gifts I've ever had came this year -- four beautiful, hand-carved bracelets made by our friend Pete (he's the husband of Carole, and we visit them just north of Columbus as often as we can). He's a wood-working whiz, and this time I'm the very happy beneficiary of his talents! Since today is rainy and gloomy, I rounded up the bracelets on an orange pillow for today's entry in the One-a-Day group.
