This weekend, we made the nearly 5-hour trip to rural southwestern Ohio to revisit my roots (more accurately, see my elderly aunts and attend a high school class get-together during the Great Darke County Fair. A "must" stop is the Maid-Rite Drive In in Greenville, Ohio, a favorite high-school haunt where the unique sloppy joes are sold by the thousands and most folks deposit their chewing gum on the brick walls.
