Thunderstorms are threatening most of today and it's still very hot outside, but we went back to Mill Creek Park mostly so Jack could see if that hummingbird moth from yesterday was still there (it was). Meanwhile, as usual I occupied myself with flowers, both in the Rose Garden and back in the dahlia beds. Still only a handful of blooms in the latter, but I picked this one (figuratively speaking, of course) for today's photo of the day.
