Today we went to the Ford Nature Center in Mill Creek Park to pick up the photos Jack and I -- and our grandkids Jackie and Jarrett -- entered in the recent nature photography contest and exhibit. The kid-friendly nature center has a big sandbox and wood blocks with raised replicas of the footprints of various animals so the youngsters can make (and learn to identify) the prints. If you look closely, you'll see my bear print next to the block that I took for today's photo of the day.
