Despite the rainy weather, I had good intentions as I left the house this morning for the first neighborhood walk I've attempted in quite some time (the weather mostly has gone from icy streets to pouring rain for a couple of months now). Armed with a camera, I'd hoped to get in some much-needed exercise and find some new photos along the way. Well, within two minutes after I started, so did the rain - forcing me to head back for cover. Luckily, I managed to fire off a couple of shots, and this beautiful blooming tree on one of the streets close to home will do for today's one-a-day entry.
