The old above-ground swimming pool in our new back yard hasn't been used for several years, and we had no intention of restoring it for use either. As of today, it's officially scrap -- dismantled and carted away and our son-in-law Jerry is finishing the pick-up of the debris that was left. Even though there's no grass there yet, it sure makes a difference, as you can see by today's photo of the day. Now there's plenty of room for flowers and a vegetable garden next year!
