Jack had a follow-up visit to the Cleveland Clinic today (pretty much status quo and everything's fine). At each appointment, patients must complete a questionnaire to report any changes in health, symptoms, etc. - pretty standard stuff for most doctors' offices. I was surprised that instead of the paper, pen and clipboard, patients receive a tablet computer on which to record their answers. Cool - and definitely my photo of the day!
