I put away our electric bread machine several years ago, partly because I had trouble finding prepared mixes and didn't want to bother with the DIY process. But I never was willing to give away the machine and brought it with us to the new house. A check at Amazon found delicious-sounding cheese-herb boxed mixes, which I ordered - and lugged the machine upstairs this afternoon. We'll know in a little more than an hour whether or not the machine survived years of inactivity - but it's making all the appropriate noises at the moment. Figured it was a good bet for a photo of the day.
