No, these are not part of my 10 all-time favorite albums (which I've been posting at Facebook each day), but I will say that if you want a gym-dandy workout and enjoy music, you won't find better workout DVDs than these (my photo of the day). I just have to do them in the basement because my honey can't stand the sound of Queen Richard's voice!
Speaking of, Jack's still in ICU but looking and feeling better. Possibility of coming home tomorrow, but we're betting on Tuesday.
