Mill Creek Park today to check out the dahlias - a handful (literally) are in bloom. Hate the protective mesh, but then not much I can do about it. Two photos at right are other flowers with special "bugs" on them. Don't bother with the rose garden - the bushes are devoid of blooms and look half dead.
