For a couple of weeks now, I noticed a green leafy vine climbing up the small trellis at one end of the flower bed below our deck. I'd tried to plant flower seeds there among the hydrangeas, but nothing has grown. I actually considered cutting down this vine, but then I said what the heck - it's green and it's growing. Well this morning, my decision paid off: By golly, it's a morning glory - and there's another bud waiting to bloom!
