Had lunch today at Up A Creek Tavern in Howland Township (Jerry and Barb joined us), where anyone who visits on the day of their birthday gets a free meal (up to $12). That's just too good a deal to pass up! The menu here has been substantially reduced and some of our old favorites are gone, but I had linguine diavolo and it was quite good - lots left over. The trees and swampy area toward the back of the place provided a photo, which I did up as a pencil sketch.
