Stranded: June 13
We got tired of waiting for the rain to start and headed over to Lake Milton State Park with plans to wind our way home through the backroads. It started to sprinkle once - stopped 30 seconds later - and we ended up with a great batch of photos. My official pick for today is a little bird in the park who apparently had left the nest with no idea how to fly away - you can still see the down on his back. No sign of mom or dad even when I got fairly close - sure hope he makes it!
